2nd Annual Collar City Pride Festival!

Get ready for our biggest and boldest event of the year — the 2nd Annual Collar City Pride Festival is back!

Hosted by the dazzling Miss Gay Empire State, Stella Progress, and the iconic Mor’Glamazon, this year's Pride features exciting performances by:

• Queenie Royale

• JJ's Okay

• Jada Honey Diamondz

• Fenix Fox

…and more!

Enjoy live DJ sets from DJ Lovely Candela and others throughout the day.

New this year: The Marisa Henry Family Corner, named in honor of our dear friend Marisa Henry, will be filled with fun for all ages, featuring balloon animals, face painting, Drag Story Hour, crafts, and more.

This is Collar City Pride’s largest fundraiser of the year, supporting LGBTQIA+ programming in rural Rensselaer County.

This event would not be possible without the support of our sponsors. Our presenting sponsors for the 2025 Collar City Pride Festival are Cafe Euphoria, YWCA of the Greater Capital Region, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention- Capital Region Chapter, and Nine Pin Cider.

PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT FESTIVAL INFORMATION

PARKING AND SHUTTLE INFORMATION!

There will be NO parking allowed at the park for the festival outside of our volunteers, vendors, and those in community who require accessible parking.

METABOLIC FITNESS HAS OPENED THEIR PARKING LOT TO THOSE WISHING TO PARK THERE DURING THE EVENT. THIS IS ALSO VERY LIMITED - 50 SPACES. WE STILL ENCOURAGE SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION.

ALL OTHERS must catch our shuttle which will be picking up at the parking lot adjacent to William D. Chamberlain Riverfront Park, off Front St, in Downtown Troy. We encourage folks to park in the 5th St. Garage, River St. Garage, or on the street in Downtown Troy. We also encourage folks to utilize rideshare such as Uber, Lyft, etc. as we will have a designated rideshare drop off for you right at the front of the park and festival.

Shuttles will run every half hour starting at 2:35pm and ending at 8:15pm. NO SHUTTLE SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS. The shuttles will not be wheelchair accessible, and we instead encourage individuals in community who need this to park at Hudson Shores Park.

There is very limited street parking at the festival - and the two parking lots right by the park are private and you will be towed if parking in them for the festival.

CCP accepts no responsibility for your vehicle, no matter where you decide to park.

RULES FOR FESTIVAL

There is no smoking, of any kind, allowed inside the park grounds

Please clean up after yourself- there are several trash cans located throughout the festival grounds

There are 2 single-stall, gender neutral bathrooms on-site as well as two porta-potty stations. Please note that the single-stall restrooms are accessible

There will be zero tolerance for any usage of foul language, discriminatory statements, or violent behavior in the park. If you perform these acts or in any other way harm other festival goers, you will be asked to leave immediately

Food and drinks are permitted, as are coolers, blankets, chairs, small 10x10 popup tents, and other misc. picnic-related items

Make sure to bring cash to tip the performers and your shuttle drivers!

Family-friendly event and environment

There will be two City of Watervliet police officers in the park during the festival. If you hear or see anything suspicious, please find a CCP Volunteer or police office and let them know
